Ferrari Brut Trentodoc
Made entirely from Chardonnay, the Ferrari Brut is a result of founder Giulio Ferrari’s conviction of Trentino’s potential for this particular grape. It’s fresh yet persistent, with notes of golden apple, white flowers, and a touch of brioche from 20 months aging on lees.
Ferrari Rosé Trentodoc
A blend of 60 percent Pinot Noir and 40 percent Chardonnay is aged for 25 to 30 months in bottle to craft a pale salmon-col-ored wine with aromas of fresh berries and flowers. Mouthwatering acidity and vibrant fruit combine to create a lingering, harmonious finish.
