About this Thematic Tasting

From the dramatic mountain vineyards of Trentino come some of Italy’s finest traditional-method sparkling wines. Discover an Italian twist on the holidays’ classic sparklers with two delicious wines from pioneering Trentodoc producer Ferrari. With special guest Ferrari Trento President, Matteo Lunelli.

Ferrari Brut Trentodoc

Made entirely from Chardonnay, the Ferrari Brut is a result of founder Giulio Ferrari’s conviction of Trentino’s potential for this particular grape. It’s fresh yet persistent, with notes of golden apple, white flowers, and a touch of brioche from 20 months aging on lees.

Ferrari Rosé Trentodoc

A blend of 60 percent Pinot Noir and 40 percent Chardonnay is aged for 25 to 30 months in bottle to craft a pale salmon-col-ored wine with aromas of fresh berries and flowers. Mouthwa-tering acidity and vibrant fruit combine to create a lingering, harmonious finish.
